Refund policy

Pocket Racks are custom made products. We will only consider a return due to a manufacturer defect in the product. All of the Pocket Racks that are purchased from us are custom made and have been individually inspected prior to being shipped.  

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

To be eligible for a return due to manufacturer defect, please photograph the item upon receipt of your purchase and email it to us at Earthling@newsphoto.com. We will then arrange for the return of the item or an exchange for a replacement.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
